It's a conspiracy fact that the government can manipulate the weather. There are patents and publications that go back to the 60s regarding weather modification techniques. No doubt those techniques have been implemented and improved on. Now the drama queens in the government and the mainstream mockingbird media want you and me to fight over the limited resources we need to live with. Meanwhile, they are absorbing 6, 7, 8, etc. figures of dollars to live as royalty and the rest of us are peasants...
