700+ Push-Ups in 60 min

In this video, I challenge myself to do 700+ push-ups using the EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) method. I start by doing 15 push-ups every minute for 40 minutes, completing 600 push-ups. After that, I managed to push through for another 20 minutes, doing 6-8 push-ups each minute, bringing my total to over 700 push-ups!

This is just a step towards my ultimate goals—hitting 100 push-ups in a single set and eventually doing 1000+ push-ups in the shortest time possible. It'll take time, maybe years, as I'm aiming for the same level of progression with pull-ups, muscle-ups, and dips too.
