Another helicopter destroys supplies in N.C. relief effort

A National Guard black hawk helicopter was filmed delivering supplies to a North Carolina relief camp, flying too low, and destroying part of the camp. Again. This follows a similar incident in which a National Guard chinook destroyed $100,000 of supplies and hospitalized five.
