Victorious yet weary, he looked to the sky so wide,
And heard the Valkyries calling, to join his brothers' pride.
His task was now completed, the prophecy fulfilled,
The gates of Valhalla opened, his heart with honor thrilled.

In the hall of heroes shining, where the brave eternally dine,
He stood among his comrades, with a goblet of the finest wine.
"Odin's silent sentinel, your duty has been grand,
Welcome home to Valhalla, where forever you will stand."

With a smile of deepest contentment, he took his rightful place,
Among the gods and legends, in Valhalla's warm embrace.
No longer earth-bound warrior, his spirit now set free,
To sing, to feast, to revel, through all eternity.
