AJ- Biden Admin-CIA using Brazil to crack down on Free Speech Worldwide

They're doing this now before election season heats up, it's coming, get ready, store articles offline, store videos offline. They'll try the same attack strategy from the EU and Elon will either mass censor like he did with Brazil or go offline in Europe. Would he take orders from the EU for non-EU countries (LIKE THE US)?
