weather weapons! The gov is trying to kill, control, or replace you

they can't control weather fully but they sure can manipulate it. Cloud seeding is nothing new, it was done during the Vietnam war to wipe out critical infrastructure. this isn't a gov that loves you they think highly of themselves and want to stomp you like a cockroach!
