The National Hurricane Center called the storm’s approach a “very serious situation” and said Milton “has the potential to be one of the most destructive hurricanes on record for west-central Florida.” This is a very scary time for many, as Hurricane Milton continues to gain strength. Many are evacuating their homes and are in great distress.
