Hit & Run

Someone hit my vehicle today & ran. There was a bit of damage on my bumper, not worth calling the police though. But, I think hitting somebody's car & running is a dick move, so I am posting the dashcam footage. (This was at "Good Eats Diner" in St. Catharines.)
