Are You Walking in F.A.I.T.H.?

Vitamin F? Are you kidding we are talking about vitamins today?

Vitamin F in the natural is actually not a vitamin as we know them, it is, actually two fats: alpha-linolenic acid and linoleic acid. Without these two fats it is impossible to live a healthy life; your blood cannot clot and your muscles will not move. They are the key components in our cell membrane, but your body does not produce them naturally they must come from our diet. These critical fats protect our brain, nervous system, heart, cognitive abilities and reduce inflammation. Food sources include seeds, nuts, oils, green leafy vegetables and fishes like salmon or albacore tuna. So, with diet modification we can quickly and easily enhance our “Vitamin F” or Essential Fatty Acid levels.

What about your Vitamin F levels in your walk with the LORD. How stable is your FAITH? Is your life reflecting this anacronym?

What is the first scripture that comes up in your heart when you feel the pressures of life squeezing in?

In the coming days we not only need to be nutritionally sound to support our natural body but we must be spiritually fed and fortified to run the course of the race that is before us. We cannot develop our Faith without sharing personal time with the LORD every day!

We are living in very exciting times but if your heart and mind is not fixed and stayed first and foremost on your relationship with Jesus Christ as both Savior and LORD the distractions of the world will easily ensnare us all.

Matt 6:33-34 “Seek First the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness and all these things will be added unto you. Do not worry about tomorrow for tomorrow will care for itself, each day has enough trouble of its own.”
