Thank you for joining me on my Health & Body Care Journey. In this vlog, I’m sharing my B12 - Hidroxocobalamina experience; fast mode. As stated before; I’ve been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, sleep apnea, chronic fatigue, and anemia. On top of that I live one day at a time working my recovery. I learned the hard way that narcotics medicine is addictive. I took myself off all medications; and been learning other healthy ways to help build up what I’ve depleted. It’s been a long road; I’ve learned.. I’m not one that can take vitamins orally. I can’t keep them down; they make me nauseous which then defeats the purpose. B12 injections deliver the vitamin for optimal absorption, unlike oral supplements. Going this route has helped me tremendously. In fact I’m so happy that I’m able to administer my own peptides and vitamin supplements. I can feel the difference. If you like to watch a more in depth video. It’s posted on my profile page.
