USA "Government" Helicopter Intentionally Destroys Privately Donated Supplies & Injuries Citizens

A USA "Government" helicopter allegedly turned off its transponder and flew threateningly low near a Cajun Navy volunteer supply drop in North Carolina and blew their supplies all over the parking lot. There are reports at least 3 people were injured.
