A quick recipe for scrape bone meat of Bluefin Tuna. I was lucky enough to catch and land a Bluefin Tuna. My fillet job was "okay". Definitely wanted to yield all the meat possible from this prize catch. Scraped the bones with a spoon and made Poke.
