The SS Officer's name is Dyson, who became Chief of the Uniformed Division of SS after representing subordinates in real estate deals while he was second-in-command (of the Uniformed Division). After his promotion to the top, Dyson promoted 2 clients. It became a running joke in the SS that you had to hire him to buy or sell a home to be promoted. NYT article:
