Dad's gym, Mega Evolution and Mirage tower - Pokemon Inclement Emerald Part 14

We complete Dad's gym today, earning the 5th badge as well as the ability to use Mega Evolution and Surf. Afterward we go back to Route 111 and explore the Mirage Tower that I missed yesterday.
