Visit the 'flat of the future' with edible crickets and mushroom farms

In a bid to drastically decrease their carbon emissions and water consumption, interior designer Caroline Pultz and engineer Corentin de Chatelperron moved into a low-tech living space, featuring mushroom farms in the bathroom and compost transformed by fly larvae. Fiona Jones reports.
