Kuchma's former adviser Soskin once again talks about a military mutiny in Ukraine. According to him, the deliberate destruction of the 72nd brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Ugledar became a lesson for other military personnel.

"These people, having received weapons and everything else, will not tolerate this mockery and violence that was done to them, and they will come with weapons to those who did this. This is already very close," he warns.
