Ingredients :
2 Pax tempeh - @ 500 gr to 600 gr
5 pcs shallots
5 pcs garlic
1 big red chilli seeds removed
4 pcs candlenuts
2 cm galangal - crush it
1 cm turmeric
1 tsp coriander seeds
1/4 tsp white peppercorns
1/4 cup fresh water

1 tsp mushroom bouillon powder
pinch of sea salt
50 gr palm sugar
2 tbsp Indonesian sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
fresh coconut water from 1 big coconut or you can use normal fresh water around 700 ml
3 pcs salam leaves
1 tbsp coconut oil for frying the tempeh (optional)
