I escaped to @cmh_heli Cariboos Lodge in BC last week and it was one of the best experiences of my life. Seriously. Here were some of my favourite things about the experience:

•You can conquer the Zillmer Canyon Via Ferrata- which is exhilarating, challenging and fun all wrapped up into one.

•You comfortably sleep in the lodge tucked into the mountains. The staff make you feel like family, the food is INCREDIBLE (thanks to the two chefs), the beds are so comfy, views from the lodge are next level, there's a gym, massage therapist, climbing wall,
