David Lammy: 'UK could not endorse a full arms embargo to Israel'

Foreign Secretary David Lammy has defended imposing arms restrictions on Israel - while not imposing a full weapons embargo.

Last month Mr Lammy announced a partial arms embargo, which saw an exports ban on equipment intended for use in Gaza, such as components for military jets, helicopters and drones, as well as items which "facilitate ground targeting".
