This recipe has been my recipe since my father passed it down to me. He would not let me see the secret ingredients until he felt that I was responsible enough to keep those secrets. There is only one other person that has ever made this recipe, other than my dad, because as I was recovering from Brain Surgery 8 years ago, my Kitchen Hubby (not my real one) had to make it in my absence. But now, you can make it. Why did I decide to release it? Because I am presently working for the Department of Corrections as a Food Service Director, and no longer involved in restaurants or senior living. Covid took it's toll on the industry in my area, and it never fully recovered to it's vibrant food scene it once had been. Restaurants shuttered permanently, hours were reduced drastically, and we were overworked and underpaid because we struggled to hire new staff, and ran on skeleton crews for so long.
