Justice - road ride along US-223 - Monday 7 Oct 2024

Justice the 6yr old TWH gelding is as solid as they come regarding traffic. He is about 14.2 hands tall - so a small horse. He gaits well. He is friendly. This video is eight different RAW UNEDITED video segments joined together. If you are looking for a "natural" road horse you can get a pretty good idea of what Justice is like next to a VERY busy road (US-223) - getting passed by LOTS of semis, cars, pickups, etc.. You also get to see how he handles all the different things like signs laying in the grass and so forth. And at one point he actually decides something is scary enough he should not approach it - you see that get worked out without me ever having to put a second hand on the reins - and then he walks right by it as if it never worried him at all. He is a very solid road horse simply by his temperament - and as you may well know from experience that is NOT true of most horses. As an example - it took me months of working with my mare Avi to get her as solid on semis as Justice simply is by temperament. Horses like Justice which are naturally this solid on traffic are few and far between. So watch Justice's head and if you cannot see his head then watch the shadow of his head - so you can see how he reacts to traffic, signs, sandbags, etc. along US-223. Enjoy riding along with us!!
