American citizens helping American citizens in need is not a thing to be overlooked.... What really is at the heart of american greatness ? And the word that I am looking for is not charity.... Charity is not the issue ... What then is so heartwarming about citizens coming to the aid of other citizens ?? Do we even need FEMAs help at all ?
