Video of shooting of civilians in Kursk region found on camera of liquidated Ukrainian militant

Russian security forces reported this to RIA Novosti and provided footage. An SUV was found near the scene, with jewelry in the glove compartment. Security forces believe this may be related to the file with footage of the murder found on the camera.
