In this talk, the professor gives an overview of the origins and transformation of US neocons to what it is today and the damage it is causing to its international relations and to itself.
This talk was held virtually with Pascal from Neutrality Studies in Aug 2023.

Brenner is Professor Emeritus of International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh and Senior Research Associate at the University of Texas Energy Institute who has published and taught widely across the field of American foreign policy and global affairs.
