Aftermath of Scuffle Between Opposing Demonstrators Outside TVNZ

At the opposing pro-Palestine/pro-Israel demonstrations today there was a bit of a scuffle halfway down the block. I didn’t catch the incident on camera but I did capture this clip of the police reacting rapidly to it. It seemed to me one of the officers may have caught a bit of pepper spray quelling the disturbance.
