Snapdragon costs 150 Sun. (-25 Sun at levels 6 and 10.)
Snapdragon does 30 damage to tiles in a 2x3 area in front of him. (+5 damage from levels 2-7. +10 thereafter.)
Snapdragon can not be frozen.
Snapdragon will thaw ice around him.

Commentary:
Snapdragon is a short range plant that ideally should be placed behind a nut or Bonk Choy.

Bottom line:
As with all Pepper-Mint plants, the ability to not be frozen makes them valuable on levels with Chilling Winds or Hunter zombies. However, that ability costs Sun. That difference is what makes Pepper-Mint plants less desirable on others levels where more efficient options are available.
