Russian soldiers hoisted their flag on a high-rise buildings in the city of Ugledar

RU POV: "Ugledar is ours, we are putting an end to the liberation of the city" said one of the Russian soldiers. They hoisted the flag of the Eastern Military District on one of the city’s high-rise buildings.
