It’s strawberry season. These little fruits are sweet and downright addictive.

Enjoy the delicate harmony of strawberry, vanilla and grapefruit. The essence of spring!

Recipe:
45ml-1.5oz WINE INFUSED GIN
30ml-1oz STRAWBERRY INFUSED APEROL
30ml-1oz GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
15ml-0.5oz LEMON JUICE
7.5ml-0.25oz VANILLA SYRUP
1 EGG WHITE

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain back into shaker and dry shake. Pour in chilled glass. Garnish with grated frozen strawberry and strawberry fan.
