How to Get NORMAL Copy/Paste in OneNote (Text Only Paste)

How to get Normal, text only paste in Microsoft OneNote. Windows 11 version of the free OneNote.

By default, when you Copy and then Paste into OneNote, it will include the formatting of the text you copied and include a link to the source where you copied from.

This can be helpful for some things, but sometimes you just want to paste text - this video will show you how to do that, and how to set it as the default.
