Kamala’s priority is illegal aliens

FEMA doesn’t have enough money for Hurricane Helene victims.
But Kamala/Biden admin spent an estimated $16.2 billion to provide Medicaid to illegal aliens. This number doesn’t include free housing, free food, free education, free flights, etc. Why Americans are taxed for foreign nationals well-being?
