I've searched far and wide, skimmed so many videos on Fox, Forbes, Kelly's channel & others & I can't find Kelly acknowledging this woman was shot, as Cullen claims here

I also skipped through the video, it's almost certainly not there. Which means he either said it off the record to someone, or there is a recording out there somewhere. But I think I would've found it, so it was probably something Cullen heard about, not an interview.
