Scope & Content: This was a special program covering president Reagan's speech at the Brandenbury Gate, in Berlin. Following speeches by the lord mayor of Berlin, Eberhard Diepgen, and Helmut Khol, chancellor of the federal republic of Germany, president Reagan's speech covered such topics as the removal of the Berlin wall, east-west relations and arms control.
