WHITE SNAPPER FISH | Tasty Oven Baked White Snapper Fish Recipe | Best Recipe

In today`s video we are making FISH!!

I recently visited a cottage in Diani where I met Chef Stanley Kuria. During our stay we enjoyed delicious family meals by the Chef and I also got to learn alot about cooking fish, viazi karai and legit coastal biryani. I really looked foward to meal times, his meals were absolutely delicious.

The recipe above is his recipe and the white snapper turned out incredible. We finished the fish in one sitting.

To make this, you`ll need;

3-3.5 Kg White/Red Snapper
1.5 Tablespoons finely chopped Garlic
1.5 Tablespoons diced Red Onion
3-4 Tablespoons of Mushroom Dark Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons of Oyster Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Black Pepper Powder
1/2 Cup of Vegetable Cooking Oil
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste
2 Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
