Like usual, I began with Hammer Strength Bi-Lateral Rows with a pronated grip on the high handle. I did 5 sets in the 10+ rep range

Following rows, for lat specificity I did Wide-Grip Cable Pulldowns with the cambered bar. Another 5 sets of these, also in the 10+ rep range
