Note: when I mention yoga and the pain coming up being a release o negative energy and tension, that is only when I am slowly and sensibly stretching those tight areas o my body, NOT by force, just gently. If you are doing any type o yoga or exercise and experiencing pain because you are forcing your body into positions that aren't comfortable, that is no good. Healing is a gradual process and takes time.
