Full review, demo, and guide for iZotope Aurora, a new smart, self-mixing AI Reverb Plugin. Aurora will intelligently unmask (duck) the reverb only where needed for a clear and present dry track, while also creating a 3D space for your track. VST, AU, AAX compatible. LINK BELOW ⬇️⬇️⬇️

iZotope Aurora, the second plugin in the new Catalyst series, is a smart reverb that emulates creating a reverb bus - but without all the work to set it up. You can then ADD reverb to the dry signal and let Aurora intelligently and dynamically unmask the reverb - in real-time - saving you tons of time in creating sends, returns, and adding EQ before and after your reverb bus.

It includes 6 high-quality reverb algorithms from the leader in algorithmic reverbs - Exponential Audio: Hall, Room, Chamber, Plate, Ambience, & Cathedral.

Aurora also includes many tools you are use to using with a reverb, like: Pre-Delay, Decay, Width, & Tone.

Customize the smart ducking with Attack, Release, and Sensitivity settings.

This reverb works on literally everything - including bass....yeah....BASS!

It's amazing on vocals to quickly create a saturated sound with a long reverberating tail that still remains completely clear - and without the need to create Sends and a reverb Bus.

Aurora is equally great on guitar, drums, piano, strings, synths, horns, even stems and full mixes! It will quickly become your "go-to" reverb for 90% of your reverb needs.

This video will show you everything you could ever want to know about iZotope Aurora, and compare it to normal reverbs, using a bus, dry/wet knobs, and other smart reverbs.
