Baxter Healthcare Has Their Manufacturing Plant in Marion, North Carolina

What does Baxter make? They are the largest producer of IV and Dialysis Solution in the USA.

Hurricane Helene knocked their plant offline and it will likely be months before it is operational again.

Baxter says that they will use their overseas sources to make up for the potential losses here. Even though the ports are supposedly open again, this just to reaffirm how stupid our politicians were to make it so difficult for American Manufacturers that they had to leave the country.
