The suspect died. He had a tool in hand and just seriously assaulted multiple and tried to car jack a car.

He was told MULTIPLE times by the Trooper to comply and refused, lunging at the Trooper who fired.

It's now coming out that he was on his way to kill a family member as well, and called 911 earlier to tell them his plan.
