Ketogenic Recipe (LCHF): Tuna Stir-Fry

If you're looking for a quick meal try this tasty tuna stir-fry, ready in just 5 minutes. Tuna is pretty average when it comes to the nutritional facts compared to other fish. Generally, in canned tuna, you’ll find a little under 1 gram of carbs per serving, which is great for the keto diet!

Ingredients:
2 cans tuna chunks in Mineral Water (230 gm)
4 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp kashmiri chili powder
1 tbsp paprika powder
1½ tbsp red chili flakes
salt as required
fresh parsley leaves (chopped), for garnish

Preparation:

Heat up coconut oil in the wok over medium heat. Once wok is hot and ready, sauté the garlic until it is fragrant, about 20 to 30 seconds.

Then add the kashmiri chili powder, paprika powder, red chili flakes and stir fry for a few seconds.

Add in the drained tuna and stir fry for another minute or two and it is ready!

Garish with fresh parsley leaves.
