Writeup from Torchbearer on Odysee, haven't finished it yet but so far it's really good. It's very time consuming to review everything here but most of it does. Really new subject for me that I don't know anything about until recently, but I've seen them seeding the clouds on the border with my own eyes, watched planes fill the sky with clouds that was clear before that, but not looked into it except being somewhat aware of the claims and tentatively finding them credible.

"Weather Wars?
In 1916 the mountain valley area of North Carolina had a severe flood that wiped out many towns and took years for a recovery. It was certainly on par the flood that has happened this week in the same area. However the 1916 flood occurred in a time when there was no modern infrastructure. Supposedly, there 'should' be modern infrastructure now. Yet infrastructure seems to be so lacking and failing not only NC, GA, and TN - but all of our states across the board. We have only to look to the recent events of Ohio and Hawaii or the CA wildfires that perpetually rage unchecked to know this is true. In this terrible NC flood, solid infrastructure might not have prevented all of the damage. But it would have prevented much of it, and it was desperately needed. The quantity of rain far superceded any previous rainfall in the area's history. At least 20 inches of rain in 3 days, estimated to be 40 trillion tons of water! On top of that a new hurricane is twisting its way towards the East Coast and may cause even more rain and flooding.

This weather catastrophe has necessitated a further insanity. Over 7.5 million liters of water has had been flown or transported 'into' the area as most water treatment and the lines supplying water has been destroyed and will take years to rebuild. There is no power with winter fast approaching, and close to a million people have lost their homes and livelihood. Most major roads and in some places all bridges have been destroyed, isolating these areas and preventing aid, rescue or reactivation of the region.

The extent of this damage is incredible. It stretches from western VA all the way south to Atlanta, and from Pigeon Ford in eastern TN to Hickory in western NC. The damage to industry is drastic. The mountains have a signifcant contribution to the nation's economy, especially in minerals and timber. Also many systems of economy will be hit related to banking and food supplies. The western parts of NC are heavily entwined economically with GA. It will take months to reestablish the food, medical, and gas supply chains. Plus water will have to be shipped into the area for months or years to offset the loss of water purification. The rail lines are badly damaged also, cutting off primary supply routes north/south.

It's possible that this flooding is more damaging than even Hurricane Fran which drowned eastern NC in 1996 and took years for recovery. The east is more prepared for flooding though and the death toll in this event has been significnatly higher, currently over 200. The irony of all of this is that NC has a Flood Resiliency Blueprint related to the hurricane season. But it is mostly being implemented in the eastern regions.

Related to politics, it basically wipes the western regions of NC off the elections chart. It is also possible this was done on purpose specifically to damage supply lines (particularly with the communist orchestrated dockworker union strike in progress). These two may potentially cause chaos in supplies for much of the east. Also the western part of NC is predominantly Republican and conservative. Since elections are clearly fraudulent, this may have been orchestrated merely to create a false front for a Demoncratic sweep of NC. It's ludicrous when you contemplate the level of deception that would entail. That the government even though controlled on both sides by Israel might... just might go to this extreme of weather war to prevent the voting of a large Rep constituency - just for looks. Yet it is not hard to believe either, is it?

In strategic considerations, say in the event of civil war, the western area of NC would be a haven and more likely to support the dissolution of the US than say a more liberal, cosmopolitan area like the Triangle. GA probably not so much. But TN would very likely support secession if given opportunity, as would West VA. So cutting supplies and creating chaos for these areas could be considered tactical. It may have even been executed to promote civil war as the four hardest hit states are heavily critiquing the federal government for it's lack of response to the disaster. At any rate the amount of infrastructure failures and 'weather disasters' in the US is obviously orchestrated. There are simply too many bizarre incidents in critical areas and in critical supply chains to be random. It is the age old ploy of 'keep them scared and keep them occupied.' Weather disasters is just their newest tool and a very efficient one.

Doubtful this will be the last potential weather attack and chaos generation we will see in the next six months.
Whatever the results of the election no one is going to be happy about it..."
