OREO Red Velvet Brownies are an indulgent dessert that combines the rich flavor of red velvet cake with the crunch of OREO cookies. Here’s a delicious recipe to make them:

Ingredients:
1 box of red velvet cake mix (or homemade red velvet brownie batter)
2 large eggs
½ cup butter (melted)
1 tsp vanilla extract
12-15 OREO cookies (broken into large pieces)
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
½ cup sugar
1 large egg (for the cream cheese swirl)
½ tsp vanilla extract (for the cream cheese swirl)
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and line an 8x8-inch or 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2: Prepare the Red Velvet Batter
In a large bowl, mix the red velvet cake mix, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until combined. The batter should be thick like brownie batter.
Spread half of the red velvet brownie batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
Step 3: Add the OREO Layer
Break the OREO cookies into large chunks and sprinkle them evenly over the red velvet batter layer.
Step 4: Make the Cream Cheese Swirl
In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the OREO layer.
Step 5: Swirl and Layer the Batter
Spoon the remaining red velvet batter over the cream cheese and OREO layer in small dollops.
Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the cream cheese and red velvet batter together to create a marbled effect.
Step 6: Bake
Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean (a few moist crumbs are fine).
Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting.
Step 7: Serve
Once cooled, slice the brownies into squares and enjoy! The combination of the fudgy red velvet brownie, creamy cheesecake, and crunchy OREO chunks is irresistible.

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
