OREO-Raspberry Cookie Balls are a tasty and easy-to-make treat combining the rich flavor of OREO cookies with the sweetness of raspberries. Here's a quick recipe for you:

Ingredients:
36 OREO cookies (finely crushed)
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup fresh raspberries (mashed or pureed)
12 oz semi-sweet or white chocolate (melted)
Extra crushed OREO cookies or sprinkles for decoration (optional)
Instructions:
Step 1: Make the OREO-Raspberry Mixture
Finely crush the OREO cookies in a food processor or by placing them in a plastic bag and using a rolling pin.
In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed OREO cookies and softened cream cheese. Mix well until fully combined.
Add the mashed or pureed raspberries and continue mixing until smooth and well incorporated.
Step 2: Form the Cookie Balls
Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Freeze the cookie balls for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
Step 3: Coat with Chocolate
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler.
Dip each cookie ball into the melted chocolate, making sure they’re fully coated. Use a fork or a skewer to lift the cookie balls out of the chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off.
Place the coated cookie balls back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 4: Decorate and Chill
While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle crushed OREO cookies, sprinkles, or extra raspberry bits on top of the cookie balls if desired.
Refrigerate the cookie balls for about 1 hour or until the chocolate is completely set.
Step 5: Serve
Once the chocolate has hardened, your OREO-Raspberry Cookie Balls are ready to enjoy! Keep them refrigerated for best results.
