MASH INGREDIENTS:
- 10 lbs 8 oz Pale ale (2 row) - Viking
- 1 lb 8 oz Flaked Oats
- 8 oz Chocolate Malt - Briess
- 8 oz Black Malt - Briess
- 8 oz Dark Crystal 77L - Crisp

ADDITIONS:
- 5 tbs Yeast Nutrients (Boil last 10 min)
- ½ Whirlflock Clarifier - (½ is for 5 gallon batches) (Boil last 5 minute)
- 4 oz Cacao Nibs (After Boil)
- 8 oz Lactose (After Boil)
- 3 LBS Strawberry Fruit Puree(After Boil)

HOPS:
- 1 oz Magnum hops (Boil 60 min)

YEAST:
- SafAle S-04 English Ale Dry Yeast

OG: 1.072
FG: 1.026
ABV: 6.04%
