Kamala Harris Claimed She Could Violate the Sanctity of Your Home to Make Sure Your Gun is Locked Up

During a 2007 press conference on “anti-gun legislation” that forced people to “lock up” their guns, Kamala Harris, who was then the District Attorney of San Francisco, stated:

“Just because you legally possess a gun in the sanctity of your locked home doesn’t mean that we’re not going to walk into that home and check to see if you’re being responsible.”
