Mild Brown Ale - All Grain Brew Day Anvil Foundry 10.5

This week, Joey and Mike are diving into the fun of brewing a 5-gallon batch of Mild Brown Ale. It's a kind of English-style "session" ale, which means it's not too bitter but packs a lot of great flavors. This style of ale comes from England and is usually enjoyed on draft. The beer gets a cool roasted taste from the chocolate-colored malt. It's not as strong as some other ales, so you can enjoy a few pints in one tasting "session."

They're using a recipe kit from MoreBeer and a brewing system called Anvil Foundry 10.5 Gallo, which makes the whole brewing process easier. Get ready for an awesome brewing adventure that captures the spirit of this classic English ale style! 🍻
