FEMA is hoarding everything they can to deny care to US citizens in desperate need.

I remember Hurricane Katrina hitting the dykes in New Orleans and their emergency and FEMA was getting in the way and FEMA director Michael Brown was good buddies with President George W Bush. I personally think these are FEMA BETA tests to see how desperate people get with no supplies, etc.... FEMA is run by the CULT.
