Post-Conditioning Pressing & Accessories Small Workout

First up, the latest incline dumbbell progression. Once again I just did 5 sets of triples at 2-3 RIR to practice “strength-skill.” Especially after a massive bike PR, as much as my, “Sport” requires me to test repeated, sub-maximal efforts under fatigue, I still have to structure the training in a reasonable, sustainable manner. Triples, 4s and 5s are excellent tools for this purpose

Next, because the triples went very well, with no chest or elbow connective tissue irritation, I moved on to supplementary side delt work. I used my new favorite, the Lifefitness lateral raise machine for 5 sets in the 10-15 rep range, 1-2 RIR leaning forward into the pad for extra stability
