Russia attacks Ukraine overnight with drones and guided bombs

Russian forces launched a major drone attack overnight on 15 Ukrainian regions, local authorities said, and hit a Kharkiv apartment block with a guided bomb. There were no immediate reports of any casualties. Fiona Jones reports.
