Texas Urges SOS To Stop Stonewalling Investigation Into Non-Citizen Registered Voters
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is asking the Secretary of State to do her job, and forward a list of potential non-citizens to the Federal Government, so they can verify if they are illegally registered to vote, and he can investigate voter fraud.
Paxton sent a letter to SOS Jane Nelson, after her office sent the federal government a request, without specific data, that ultimately allows for major delays and preventing Texas from receiving the critical data before the election.
Paxton also made a Public Information Act request to her office, so he can get the info on non-citizens himself and send it to the OAG.
Paxton saying in the letter that,
“There is no time for delay. Texans cannot afford to lose another second waiting for their vote and their voice to be protected from illegal ballots, and their election to be protected from illegal voting.
