Israel carried out the latest airstrikes on October 3, hitting a Hezbollah rescue facility in central Beirut after eight Israeli ground troops were killed near the border. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reacted to the deaths of the soldiers, stating that the country is at the height of a difficult war against Iran.
